Reviewing submissions is simple with Magnetiq’s bulk-edit interface. Filter by department, event day, or requested access type, and apply approvals at scale.

You can mark applicants as “Confirmed,” assign specific access passes (such as “Backstage” or “1st Floor Only”), and have these updates automatically reflected across all relevant sessions in the event group.

Share Digital Passes via Email or Automation

When your team marks a candidate as Confirmed, Magnetiq creates a ready-to-send email campaign that includes the candidate’s QR code and links to add the pass to Google and Apple Wallet. If you mark someone as Rejected, the system generates a separate campaign with a message that communicates the rejection.

The recipient lists are dynamic and update automatically based on each attendee’s status. For example, if you change someone’s status from Confirmed to another value, they are removed from the recipients of the email campaign used to distribute passes.

When you have finalized your batch of confirmations or rejections, just send the campaign. Magnetiq takes care of the rest.
