To assign seats, simply drag a guest from the list onto the seating plan. You can also move guests between seats or swap their seats by dragging one onto the other.

Need to find someone on the map? Click on the seat link in the guest list, and the seating plan will automatically pan and zoom to focus on the guest’s seat.

You can even split seats, allowing two people to share the same seat. This is particularly useful for overbooking scenarios, such as fashion shows, where ensuring that the front row is always full is essential.
